     Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques for adults, children, and infants.

     Use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) to restore normal heart rhythm.

     Managing common workplace injuries such as burns, fractures, and wounds.

     Recognizing and responding to medical emergencies such as heart attacks and strokes.

     Providing first aid for allergic reactions, seizures, and diabetic emergencies.

     Effective communication and coordination with emergency services.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certification valid for a specified period, demonstrating their competency in first aid procedures and their commitment to workplace safety and wellbeing.
